Terrible experience

I have not received my order of Keysmart cards even though I received an email that they had been shipped 20 days ago(with the shipping guarantee). Also the tracking number was fraudulent because it didn’t even have the right number of characters. Emails were not responded to and a web search for the company that shipped the order did not have a valid phone number. May be a great product, but how would I know.

A month has passed with no product received and no word from this company on my order status. I have been a happy user of a Key Smart key organizer for many years, but the company seems to have changed dramatically since my first purchase so long ago.

Fulfilled??! I don't think so!

Funny, your company is asking for a review since you "fulfilled my order 20 days ago" but I still haven't received it. The tracking number sent was 17 digits and when I clicked on it, I got a message that it was supposed to only be 13 digits. I just got a note saying it might be here on 1/9/25 - this is ONE MONTH after I ordered it. I wonder how that affects the return policy? Very unhappy. Seems like another unreliable fraudulent Chinese company. We will see.....
