CleanLight Air

These are great purifiers, I have purchased 3 over the last few years. And not because any needed replacing, but because I liked the way the first one worked so well, I wanted to keep one at work and another for home. But I’m extremely disappointed that I can no longer purchase the replacement filters anywhere. I’ve read the suggestions provided to another purchaser with the same issue, but had no luck. Any other website I searched that used to sell them no longer has them in stock, making my purifiers useless once one needs a new filter. Why bother continuing to make a product but not its replacement parts? Perhaps you should make customers aware if there is a similar product that will be a perfect substitute. Although I’m able to find some that may work, I’m not willing to spend money on filters that when I receive them are not at all compatible - having to either pitch them or to go through the inconvenience of returning them. Nor will I purchase a whole new CleanLight just for that. If that’s the case, I’ll just go with a brand that still makes replacement filters.

Love the product but am surprised they are still for sale since the company discontinued the filter! Key Smart should be providing list of available substitute filters. Poor customer service. How can I trust this company to stand behind their products in the future?

CleanLight Air

We have had this air purifier for going on two years. We have enjoyed using it, however, we have not been able to turn it on for over five months. We are unable to find the HEPA filters for this air purifier. If they are no longer producing the filters (or a similar filter that would work in it) why are they still selling this product? I feel swindled!
