My order was more than 2 months late and I sent numerous emails which were not answered and I got my order in a piece mail fashion. I was not pleased with the whole encounter and would not order again. I asked for compensation and received none!
Ordered a few of their products in early October, and didn't receive my items until over a month later. After another two months corresponding with customer support to get a refund on a product, I'm still unable to get my refund back even after the item was shown as received through the USPS over two weeks ago. I sent more follow-up e-mails and have yet to have an update. They're just holding my items hostage until I take my previous negative review down (assuming, since they only want to talk about a separate e-mail about addressing my negative review in their support e-mails back to me). Terrible company. Please do not buy from them.
This product is pretty awesome. The only thing I personally don't like is the lack of Apple's "Find My" feature on this, especially since this is the top of the food chain. Having to deal with what seems to be an always buggy Tile app is a turn off. That's why I can't give it 5 stars. On a lighter note, more colors would be super nice. I love it otherwise and I end up always recommending this product to others, including strangers. Might end up buying a couple of these as Christmas gifts too....
