Slowest shipping possible

I bought on Black Friday. It was a Buy one Get one sale. They were supposed to be Christmas gifts.
I got one for my father and father in law. I have been using one for years now for my work keys. I love the product and thought they both might like one too. Well, as I said. I bought two on Black Friday which was November. After two weeks of not receiving any notice of them shipping I contacted them. They said there was a system change that occurred and a back log due to that. I work in IT and that's a really bad time for it. Anyway, I received part of my order on Christmas Eve! I'm still waiting for my father in laws to arrive. It is literally on board the slow boat from China. (China post apparently). The product is fine, but the shipping and service is lacking here.

Doesn't Hold 8 Keys Like Description

The package says it holds up to 8 keys. I can fit 2 thin brass keys on each side and it fills it close to the top of the stud. If you add a third one, when you tighten it down it locks the keys up. If you leave it loose the nut comes loose. You would never get 4 on each side. If my daughter hadn't bought it for me for Christmas, I would throw it away.

Lousy customer service

You have to be fucken kidding me. My order has been sitting at DHL since December 3rd. I have written numerous times but I have not recieved an answer. My old one which I purchased 7 years ago finally broke and you can send me my teolacement
