Something is wrong

My Key Smart keeps going off with the alarm tinging, what do I do to stop it it is fully charged and when I plug the charging cable in it quits when I unplug it starts tinging again. Can you help me.

Hi there

I got my new KeySmart Pro delivered yesterday. It says to charge it first, the light will be orange until charged and then it will turn green.

It's been charging for almost 24 hours and it's still orange. I changed to a different computer/USB port, changed for a while to a different cord, nothing seems to help - just remains orange.

Please advise.
